The Strategy & Transformation team is a cross-functional unit with direct access and reporting to Group Management, with a mandate to formulate and spearhead strategic growth initiatives and drive transformation. Both Group CSTO and Head of Group Strategy have a long background and experience from strategy and management consulting. The aim is to build and grow an in-house management consulting and strategy ‘power-house’ within the firm, to enable Cabonline to realize its strategic initiatives. Current ongoing select strategic focus areas include:
As part of the Strategy & Transformation team, the Strategy & Transformation Associate will be responsible for driving central transformation initiatives and projects across Cabonline Group. Working cross-functionally, the Strategy & Transformation Associate will be exposed to the full Nordic organization and leadership across all levels, hence playing a central role in forming the future of the firm.
