We are looking for a driven Export Sales Manager, who will become a member of our Hardware Europe & Export Commercial Team, to ensure profitable growth across key markets by managing and expanding a portfolio of master distributors and partners. The immediate and long-term goals include business revenue, profit, and market share goals as they relate to the Group’s overall strategy. The ideal candidate will achieve this by acting as a trusted business advisor, reinforcing long-term business relationships, and cultivating new ones thus maximising sales opportunities on pre-defined markets where Hultafors Group does not have own sales offices, predominantly Europe, Asia & Middle East. Location can be discussed, but preferably close to our offices in Hultafors (close to Gothenburg) or Mörby, Stockholm. Extensive international travel is required.

You have proven skills in leadership & negotiating (contracts) as well as strong operational capability – leading by example meaning willingness and ability to work high and low, operationally, and strategically. You are proactive and sales driven and have strong business acumen, with a strategic ability and the drive to achieve tough objectives. You have a strong customer focus and are a confident presenter.
