Ingrid is hiring! Are you our new Partner Manager?

Ingrid is on a mission to solve the largest problem with global e-commerce and create the world’s best delivery experiences. 

Ingrid provides consumers with a richer shopping experience through an intelligent choice of delivery options and flexible last-mile deliveries – on their own terms. Our key objective is to increase merchant credibility and consumer convenience. We have successfully done so since 2015. By integrating Ingrid’s SaaS platform, e-commerce merchants are able to improve online shopping experiences for all consumers and any purchase.

What you will do in the role of Partner Manager:

  • Develop and execute an overall partner strategy.
  • Work closely with all our partners, such as PSP’s, e-commerce platforms, carriers, and others, to drive product enhancement, implementation needs and generate new business.
  • Drive internal alignment.
  • Work with different units at Ingrid to drive the distribution of Ingrid’s platform.
  • Educate partners in Ingrid’s offerings and the possibilities we create in the marketplace.

We think that you are:

  • Interested in e-commerce, perhaps from a technical point of view and maybe you have prior experience from working as a Partner Manager or Implementation Manager within the e-commerce space.
  • A person with a strong understanding of the importance of a holistic partner ecosystem.
  • A people person enjoying networking and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Well organized, goal-oriented, and thorough.
  • Fluent in Swedish, with great written and verbal skills in English
