The Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will be key to taking Ingrid to the next level in our journey as we aim to solve the last remaining challenge in e-commerce: a fantastic delivery experience. You are an essential part of the sales team and will play an important part in the sales cycle. We’ve already managed to grow strongly, handling over 15% of Sweden’s packages with large national clients like Åhlens, NA-KD, Adlibris, and Apotek Hjärtat. We have high ambitions for growing faster, however, and we now need an experienced and amazing Sales Engineer to educate customers on how our solution can solve their challenges. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and demonstrating value, helping onboard Ingrid with international e-commerce customers.
Responsibilities
You will consult with potential clients to understand their operations and identify how Ingrid can add value to their organization by effectively demonstrating and communicating the platform’s USPs, positioning, and competitive advantages. You will be spending most of your days working alongside the Account Executives as they research, target, and ultimately close new customers and take ownership of the solution vision and demonstration phases of the sales cycle. You will drive the sales processes from a technical viewpoint, influencing and providing credibility to C-level executives.
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
- Crafting demonstrable stories using in-depth product knowledge to provide functional and technical solutions to customers.
- Working with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to feedback on current products and provide input to new solutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to craft RFI / RFP submissions, and answer security questionnaires.
- Continuously learning and growing your knowledge of the Ingrid platform and industry trends.
- Providing a data-driven approach to identify improvements across the sales cycle.
- Collaborating with marketing to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met and the solution is positioned accurately.
Who are you?
You have experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Sales or similar and has demonstrated success in conducting solution demonstrations for large and enterprise customers.
Additionally, you:
- Are a dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level leadership audience.
- Demonstrate grit and an innovative approach to driving clients through the sales cycle.
- Understand different customer needs, profiles, and business problems to handle sales cycle and negotiation.
- Have experience working with CRM systems.
- Are comfortable with a data-driven approach to performance.
- Have excellent time management and the ability to multitask.
- Are KPI driven.
- Are curious.
- Are a true team player who loves to share knowledge and experience.
- Are passionate about technology and eCommerce.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish.

- Have worked with HubSpot.
- Have experience from the e-commerce or the logistic industry.
