Klingit is challenging the traditional design agency model. The company exhibits strong growth since its inception and is looking to strengthen the team with an experienced leader in sales. We grew our business with 70% in 2023 and closed the year at 37 MSEK (above target). During 2024 we are aiming to continue our growth journey at a high pace. In order to accomplish this – we are now looking to strengthen the team with an experienced, commercial executive that can take the company’s sales capacity and team to the next level, i.e. scale the team, its processes and results. Klingit offers branding, creative production, web development, copywriting and creative concepts to clients in many industries. Klingit has been successful in establishing a new business model for long term partnerships based on subscriptions for creative services. Klingit has recently won several large enterprises and well-known brands as its customers.
We are looking to build a sales team that can generate enterprise clients (complex and more customized sales), as well as continue to win small and medium size companies in a wide variety of industries (more standardized, packaged models).The role includes everything that is needed to build, lead and develop a high-performing sales team that delivers on Klingit’s high ambitions, ensuring that we win new business every day. This includes responsibilities like recruiting, making sure the right structures, KPIs, sales tools, team, incentive structures, sales material and targeting segments are all in place and are developed in the right order as our needs change.
You will combine hands-on sales efforts towards our clients and leads with building a strong team. The current team consists of 3 people (3 FTEs) and the ambition is to grow it further with the right competence mix. It is important to us that you know what the to-be state for our sales team looks like – as well as how to get there. You will be measured on generated revenue and will share the pre-sales strategy and targets with the CMO in order to lead the sales and marketing efforts towards one common goal. As a sales leader and member of the management team, you will have an important role in shaping our service offerings and price models etc. You will also be expected to make an important contribution as a role model for our culture as well as for more junior colleagues, and will furthermore support Klingit’s expansion to new markets. You will report to the CEO.
