The Opportunity

We are seeking a sales superstar who thrives in taking existing clients to the next level and identifying new business opportunities.

This is a role that will combine growing selected existing clients and new business. You will be managing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in top largest 20 companies in Sweden and Norway.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategy to meet your targets in selling the whole range of Hult EF Solutions.
  • Quickly build a strong relationship with your customers, acting as a trusted advisor and expert consultant who can help them reach their business goals through strategic investments in language learning programs.
  • Work towards clear KPIs of activity level and new business opportunities closed.
  • ‘Conduct your own orchestra’: proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process forward.

The skills & experience we look for

  • University graduate, preferably with a business degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience within sales, customer success or project management.
  • You are able to manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes (including conducting a thorough needs analysis and delivering a compelling value proposition to C-level stakeholders).
  • You are passionate about selling high quality solutions and making a strong business impact.
  • You are able to manage several customers and drive numerous projects simultaneously forward.
  • You are creative and have the willingness to push your ideas forward.
  • You are a skilled and confident communicator with high creativity and analytical ability.
  • Native Swedish, fluent English speaker (at least C1 level).
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
