About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’re not just a point of contact—you’re the guiding light for your client portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success and based in vibrant Stockholm, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic team, collaborating with your team mates across both Sweden and Poland.

Your role is more than just providing solutions; it’s about being a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a relentless advocate for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver tailored insights and expert guidance, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are not only met but exceeded.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Advocate for your clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Oversee onboarding projects and integrations.
  • Champion client retention and growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and best-practice e-commerce advice.

 About you

  • Having +3 years experience in similar roles.
  • A seasoned pro with experience in digital leadership and management. A master of    understanding diverse clients and their unique challenges.
  • A business whiz with strategic and tactical thinking.
  • An analytical problem-solver with a creative spark.
  • A self-starter with a strong individual drive.
  • Fluent in Swedish with excellent written and verbal English.
