EF High School Exchange Year is currently looking for an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Vice President Sales to the office in Zürich. 

In the position you are responsible for all sales, in other words recruiting students for the High School Exchange Year program. The assignment come with plenty of exciting opportunities, and the timing is thrilling as there are numerous challenges ahead. The task is to boost sales and create a best-in-class sales team. It’s a complex but rewarding assignment with a sales team of approximately 80 people, 5 direct reports spanning 14 markets. The mission encompasses both organic growth in existing markets and expansion into new ones.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for Revenue and sales costs
  • Incentives based on growth over multiple years
  • Ensuring strong growth in Europe
  • Expanding into new markets
  • Developing the sales process, coach, and inspire sales leadership
  • Drive technical development in both the sales and admissions processes and develop marketing as a lead generator. 

Your experience:

  • Experience from operating globally with teams across multiple markets
  • Preferably experience from smaller companies, accustomed to working both strategically and operationally
  • Experience in B2C, or alternatively B2B2C, familiar with pipeline management and relationship sales
  • Motivational sales leader, passionate about sales, and coaching sales teams.
