Job description

In the role as Manager Customer Domain you are responsible to secure the ”desirability lens” for all our ventures and you are the expert within the customer domain.
Your responsibility is to ensure the customer view of the venture’s solutions, coach the ventures and lead the team within the area and have the internal and external network.
You will lead a team with competences within customer experience, service design, user experience, research, sales and marketing and make sure that each venture have the resources within the area to work with the topics regarding desirability.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Manager Customer Domain your main key tasks will be: 

  • Support the ventures with execution on ideas that the Venture & New Business Management Team have prioritized and decided
  • Build high achieving team within the domain, allocate critical resources to support venture growth
  • Line manager for a team existing of competences within customer experience, service design, user experience, research, sales and marketing
  • Recruit the right competence for the ventures
  • Secure the way of working within the domain and make sure our processes and templates always is up to date according to standards
  • Secure “Venture Build Framework” for the desirability lens
  • Coach our ventures within topics of your domain
  • Continues improvement within our ventures within the domain
  • Be the internal spokesperson from Venture Operation regarding customer experience, service design, customer journeys etc.
  • Secure internal and external network within the domain
  • Work closely with V&NB organization to share strategy insights, best practices, setbacks and learnings within the domain
  • Part of the Venture Operation Management Team  

About you

We seek someone with deep customer experience who can guide, recommend and lead our teams around the customer needs. The role involves acting as an internal consultant and being an expert in the customer domain. Therefore, it is crucial that you are a positive influence and a good collaborator as you will interact with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders. Good communication skills are key since you will be interacting closely with business executives both across the company and externally. You are a goal-oriented doer and a team player that loves to see people and ventures grow and succeed!

We also believe that you have (requirements):

  • 10+ years of experience from consultant business
  • 10+ years of experience from leading teams with customer domain
  • Proven experience from building and managing high performing teams
  • Deep domain experience and the ability to lead teams, coach teams and lead workshops within the full customer view, such as Service Design, Customer Experience, User Experience, User Interactions, sales strategy and customer success
  • Experience from P&L responsibility
  • Experience from the transport industry and our strategic areas.
  • Alignment with the organization’s values and culture
  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • Have leadership skills and have a proven record of building high performance teams
  • Have extensive domain experience
