As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Bruce Studios, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on growth, quality, innovation, and establishing Bruce Studios as the number one choice in the market. Your mission will be to craft a clear strategy that spans from high-level vision to detailed tactical actions, leading Bruce Studios to expand its reach in new and existing markets. You will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the leadership team, board, and marketing team, ensuring alignment and execution of our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, business-driven leader who thrives in both strategic and tactical roles.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Strategic Planning & Execution: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and establishes Bruce Studios as a leader in quality and innovation. 
  • Present and align the strategy with the board, executive team, and the marketing team. 
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.

Brand Development & Market Insights:

  • Build Bruce Studios as the top lifestyle brand known for its superior product and user experience, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop content and storytelling strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and leverage market insights to refine strategies in European markets.

Target Audience & Communication:

  • Lead segmentation efforts to identify and target new customer demographics.
  • Drive tailored marketing communications and campaigns to reach new and relevant audiences.
  • Foster collaborations with influencers and ambassadors to amplify Bruce Studios’ message.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Oversee performance marketing and go-to-market activation across all channels (online and offline).
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ensure digital campaigns align with the overall brand vision and clearly communicate Bruce Studios’ superior service to effectively engage consumers.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Act as a change leader, guiding and supporting the marketing team to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration within the team.
  • Take ownership of the commercial agenda together with the CEO, understanding the bigger picture and representing the company. Act as a role model, driving leadership across the business.

Innovation & Business Development:

  • Drive creative marketing efforts that not only build awareness but encourage trial and behavior change.
  • Innovate within the fitness app space, positioning Bruce Studios as the ”Spotify of fitness” and transforming consumer habits.
