Global Brand PR & Partnership Manager

The Global Brand PR & Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and executing global PR strategies to elevate Pricer’s brand within the industry and among key target audiences, while also managing strategic partnerships from both a PR and marketing perspective. This role oversees media relations, crafts compelling brand narratives, and leads partnership marketing activations, co-branded campaigns, and event collaborations. Enhancing brand visibility, driving business growth, and ensuring strategic alignment between the company and its partners are central to this position, which requires a dynamic mix of communication, partnership management, and strategic PR- and marketing expertise.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Develop and execute global PR strategies and communication plans to elevate the company’s brand within the ESL and retail tech industry, with the aim to become the thought leader within selected areas.
  • Manage media outreach and build relationships with industry journalists, influencers, and stakeholders to promote Pricer, our solutions, brand-related news and joint partner activations.
  • Lead and develop the creation of content (press releases, case studies, thought leadership articles,) highlighting successful collaborations and joint projects with partners.
  • Create and execute joint activation plans, co-branded initiatives and joint marketing campaigns in collaboration with our eco-system partners (e.g., Google and Visual Art) that enhances brand presence and product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (and stakeholders), ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and fostering long-term collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners in marketing, brand and PR-related topics, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding joint campaigns, PR efforts, and branding activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our Global Marketing Project Manager responsible for fairs and events to ensure successful and coherent partnership execution at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase collaborative efforts and partner solutions.
  • Identify and secure co-branded sponsorship and speaking engagements at industry events to elevate the joint value proposition of the company and its partners.
  • Monitor and report on the success of joint campaigns and activations, using KPIs such as media coverage, brand visibility, lead generation, and partner engagement.
  • Collect feedback from partners and internal teams to refine joint PR-related marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement of partner collaborations and brand PR efforts.
  • Assist local markets with their Brand PR and partnership work, ensuring alignment with global standards, guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage Brand PR and partnership budget, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for Brand PR & Partnership activities in collaboration with the global marketing team. Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with global marketing strategy.

 

Previous Experience & Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a relevant field
  • +7 years of experience in marketing with focus on PR and partnership management, preferable within tech or retail.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating and leading PR and strategic partnerships, working closely with product teams and external partners.
  •  Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently to achieve marketing objectives
  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Swedish is a strong advantage.
