We’re searching for a Product Manager with a strong background in Telecom or SaaS to help drive innovation, deliver results, and lead us on a transformative journey.
As Product Manager, you will be at the core of our transformation journey, owning and driving the vision, development, and evolution of VX Fiber’s software and products. Your technical expertise, customer-oriented mindset, and commercial acumen will ensure the delivery of impactful, customer-focused solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape our product strategy and achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
Product Development
- ·Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous iteration, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with international teams (IT development, tech/network, sales, marketing) to translate business requirements into innovative product solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, inform decision-making, and measure success.
- Conduct technical and business assessments to ensure product feasibility and scalability.
Product Evolution Management
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Champion customer-centric development, integrating feedback into the product evolution strategy.
- Support go-to-market strategies to meet adoption and growth targets.
- Manage product lifecycle milestones while ensuring alignment with long-term vision and operational goals.
Strategic Roadmapping
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with company priorities, IT deliverables, and market demands.
- Oversee the seamless integration of technology solutions, ensuring timely and agile delivery.
- Drive product innovation to achieve measurable results, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and increased adoption.
Collaboration and Engagement
- Partner with sales and business development teams to provide expert product support during pre-sales and client engagements.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, aligning business priorities and IT execution.
- Influence stakeholders through clear communication, storytelling, and data-driven insights to secure buy-in and drive success.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in product management, covering both strategic and operational roles.
- Industry Experience: Background in Telecom or SaaS products is strongly preferred.
- Customer-Oriented: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to drive product decisions that result in measurable business value.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of technical concepts and experience collaborating with IT, network and engineering teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working with distributed, international teams is preferred.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Language: High proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Mindset: A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving, adaptability to change, and a focus on delivering results.
Additional Information:
- The role is based in Stockholm and reports to Per Schelin, Chief Marketing & Product Officer
- Occasional travel will occur.
