We are looking for a Business Manager SME to drive the growth of our SME segment and ensure our strategies and market approaches are effectively executed. In this role, you will be part of the Business Management team, a commercially driven unit focused on expanding our SME business through increased market share in mobile and fixed services, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth. Sitting at the core of our B2B operations, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and drive the performance of our Mobile, Cloud PBX, and fixed product offerings.
  • Manage P&L for the SME segment, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
  • Develop financial plans with both short-term and long-term perspectives.
  • Formulate segment strategies and execute tactical initiatives based on market insights and trends.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Finance, Partners and Analytics, ensuring a cohesive approach to business growth.

Previous Experience

  • +4 years of experience in telecommunications or other subscription-based industries.
  • BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and financial analysis (including ROI calculations).
  • Prior experience with P&L or budget responsibility.
  • Well-versed in the B2B SME market and bring a curious, analytical, and strategic mindset.
  • Possess strong business acumen, with a talent for analyzing revenue streams, cost structures, and financial performance in complex business environments.
  • Keep customer experience (CX) at the center of your decision-making.
