Global Marketing Manager
To achieve the expansion and the aggressive growth that is dictated from the owner Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH, Rehband will from 1st of January be establish as a subsidiary named Rehband Stockholm AB, with HQ in Stockholm. The market is global, with initial main focus on Europe and North America. The first assignment for the newly appointed Managing Director is to build the organisation starting with the key position, Global Marketing Manager. Rehband are looking for driven, dynamic and entrepreneurial people who want to be a part of the challenge to expand the Rehbands business worldwide by strengthen the brand towards a wider consumer group with the main focus on sports retail.
The Global Marketing Manager´s main responsibility is to develop and strengthen the Rehband brand towards new consumer groups across existing and new markets. The first mission is to identify the new Rehband identity and manage the implementation towards existing and new business partners. The responsibility lies also to set the internal and external communication platform which includes public & media relations, brand management, marketing communication and the overall communications strategy.
Key responsibility:
• Global marketing plan
• Identify and implement the new brand identity and brand positioning
• Marketing and communication strategies
• Communication platform including PR, online, social media and retail marketing
• Managing events & exhibitions
• Content management
• Identify, negotiate, sign and activate Rehband Ambassadors
• Managing agencies and consultants
• Brand equity and brand guide lines
• Accountable for the marketing budget and monitoring the communication and branding KPIs
• Identify future market trends
• Product launch strategy
• Management of Trademarks, Regulatory Affairs and Legal (interim assignment)
• 1 direct report (Marketing coordinator)
Experience
• Relevant university degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years experience from consumer retail within marketing, sales or business development. Experience from the sports product industry is beneficial.
