ASSIGNMENT
This role is key to Omega Pharma Nordic’s aggressive 5-year growth plan, with the objective of partnering with the top pharmacy customers across the Nordics to drive value within our prioritized categories. You will be part of the Nordic Commercial Strategy & Implementation (CS&I) team and work closely with Nordic Marketing, local Key Account Teams and Customer Marketing. You will report to the Head of Nordic CS&I and work at the Nordic headquarters, situated in northern Stockholm.
As overall Nordic responsible for category projects you will work to build Omega Pharma Nordic’s organizational capabilities in category management by leveraging your extensive knowledge and experience within this area. You will also serve as senior support in select key category projects with customers, which may span across the entire portfolio in pharmacies, from cosmetic skincare to major OTC categories.
Other areas of responsibility include:
• Spreading category insights internally and coaching category teams as senior expert of category management
• Developing Nordic strategy and plans for category projects, based on analysis of needs and opportunities within prioritized categories and key accounts
• Establishing and maintaining necessary processes and data sources required for successful category projects
Key metrics: P&L, market shares, pharmacy category growth
PROFILE
Experience
• Relevant university degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years relevant FMCG experience from roles within, e.g., Category Management, Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P), strategic Key Account Management, and Customer Marketing
• Extensive experience from leading and implementing Category from retail supplier side, preferably from several Nordic markets
• Excellent business track record

• Strong analytical thinking; readily digests data to provide actionable and business oriented conclusions, based on, e.g., Nielsen, IMS, household panels, and shopper studies
• Strong strategic capability coupled with commercial orientation
• Strong ability to shift between strategic and executional areas of work
• Strong experience and interest in consumer/shopper behavior
