MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand and Marketing is currently going through an exciting transformation, talking a holistic approach on brand management and ensuring the harmonization of marketing messages across all of Telias communication channels in Sweden.
Consumer Marketing is the most communication intensive unit within Brand and Marketing. Telias task is to deliver best in class marketing communication towards the consumer segment, communication that continously delivers on our brand and business objectives.
As project managar, Digital Marketing, you are responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of digital communication as well as the continuous presence in digital channels in order to drive traffic and brand position.
You will be expected to manage multiple projects at one time and ensure that they are delivered on time, on budget, on plan and with 100% accuracy. You will be able to achieve these goals by partnering closely with the marketing team, subject matter expert and external vendors.
YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDES:
• Responsible for strategy and tactics for digital marketing
• Define, monitor and, analyze key preformance indicators for continuous improvment of digital marketing (CRP, Conversion rate)
• Co-operate with other units in order to take full advantage of integrated communication
• Execution of digital marketing, from inception to the close of each campaign and final billing
• Based on responsibilities ensure Telia reaches the desired position and sales
COMPETENCE
• Extensive knowledge and experience in optimizing digital communication and marketing
• Extensive media agency experience with digital strategy and technique
• Proven track record with digital marketing reporting, tracking and analytics
• Excellent marketing and busines mind-set to proactively manage projects
• Practical and relevant experience in project management, negotiation and contracting with solid decision making skills
• Good knowledge and understanding of what drives sales in different sales channels
