iZettle lets anyone take secure card payments with their smartphones or tablets. The fast-growing start-up was founded in 2010 and currently has approximately 150 employees across its offices in Berlin, London, Madrid, Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Stockholm (HQ).


We’re looking for a Head of PR to join iZettle. We’re growing fast and you will be an integral part of a company set out to change the way we make and take payments.

The one we’re looking for got great energy as well as a proven ability to develop and execute communications and build relationships with media and partners. You have significant experience working with PR, a large network and of course you’re a social media native.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for iZettle’s PR strategy and activities

• Leading a fast growing team of PR Managers with multiple nationalities and languages

• Managing agency and supplier relationships cross country

• Develop strategic communication like press releases, Q&As, pitches, reports etc.

• Managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery

• Define and measure KPI’s for PR activities

• Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, CMO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related area

• Several years work experience in PR/Corporate Communications and a track record of success

• Outstanding communication skills, written and oral

• Social media native

• International experience coupled with a global mindset

• Extensive international network within media and PR agencies

• Fluent in English and Swedish is a must, other languages are meriting.
